Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Serves: 2-3
Vegetarian!
Ingredients
1 bunch
asparagus
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp.
butter
1 Tbsp.
tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp.
balsamic vinegar
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees or grill. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast or grill until tender 6-10 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus stalks.
- Meanwhile melt and brown butter in small sauce pan. (It is important for taste that the butter brown.) Stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Pour over asparagus when ready to serve
