Serves: about one cup
Ingredients
10
garlic scapes chopped
1/3 cup
grated parmesan or romano cheese
1/3 cup
Slivered almonds or raw cachews
1/2 cup
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Step by Step Instructions
- Put the scapes , cheese ,nuts and half the olive oil into food processor Whir to chop and blend Add remaining oil and mix Salt to taste
- Use immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate
